Colleague-2-Colleague allows Bridge partners (counselors, teachers, school and district administrators) to share resources, idea, issues, concerns, and successes’ with each other so that students and their parents can make the best use of their time, talent, resources and available opportunities as they dream, plan and prepare to transition into life after high school.
